Conditions: According to rule B5,Appendix of the WDSF competition rules, regarding nominated couples:
*No reimbursement or any travel expenses;
*Hotel accommodation in double room with breakfast for two nights (Friday to Sunday).Official Hotel of the event www.astoriagrandhotel.bg
*Transfer service from Airport-Hotel-Sport’s Hall and back.
*Coach accreditation for the hall on the day of the championship.
IMPORTANT!!!
All accompanying persons, including coaches, must pay transfer and hotel if they would like to book!
ENTRY TICKETS:Accompanying persons can buy tickets directly in the hall.Regular seats available only in the upper tribune.No access to the dancing floor.

Please send your entries not later than 15.11.2022.
Entries after this date will be considered as invalid!!!In that case hotel and transfer won’t be provided!!!
In the official nomination letter please provide WDSF MIN NUMBERS, couple’s names and surnames, e-mail address,
mobile phone number ,arrival and departure details-date, time and flight number.
If any accompanying persons(parents, coaches et.c) need to book transfer please specify all together in the letter!
!!!Please note that the organiser will not be liable for any reimbursement if the event is cancelled due to
COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the Bulgarian government.
